We really liked this salad. I also used both types of sweet potatoes -- 1 white one and 3 regular sweet potatoes. Delicious and worked out very well for us. Thanks for sharing!

Well I must say, I like all of the ingredients separately, but they just didn't do it for me together. I used 2 kinds of sweet potatoes - regular orange ones and dark-red skinned "white" sweet potatoes. They look kind of green in the photo. Can't win 'em all -sorry, Dee!
