"This recipe is easy and has an oriental flavor I love found in Oregonian newspaper from We Love to Cook Book. I usually boil then double sauce so can use on brown rice. Use fresh ginger or has no tang. I have given out this recipe on recipe requests"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
In shallow baking dish, combine soy sauce, orange juice concentrate, sugar, ginger, lemon juice, Tabasco sauce and garlic. Marinate Chicken in sauce for 1 hour or more in refrigerator.
Step 2
Place marinated chicken in a single layer in seperate, foil-lined baking dish. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. turn and baste halfway through baking time. Serve with orzo pilaf or rice
Step 3
Note: you can substitute 2 1/2 pounds chicken wings (15-20) serve as an appetizer
