To make the side of pear chutney, toss peeled and diced pear with cinnamon and sea salt.

Note: this can also be made into meatballs

To make cocktail meatballs, brush or dip into pear chutney and broil quickly to glaze.

Tasty and healthy, just like my body likes it. I used a little over a pound of ground turkey, because 4 lbs. would serve way more than 6 people (1.3 lbs made 6 burgers), but I kept the amount of the other ingredients pretty much the same - increased the scallions slightly, used 2 apples, and made modification by adding some fresh chopped garlic and onion powder. I liked the chutney over the burger, but the rest of my family used barbecue sauce or cheese over the top with some sliced red onion and lettuce. Each way was delicious. Thank you dienia for sharing. Made it for Pick Me tag game.
