"Im making a few changes like processing veggies"
In food processor, do apples scallions and celery just until done not juiced.
Saute the scallions, celery and green apples in the canola oil until tender. Let cool.
Place the ground turkey in a large mixing bowl.
Add sauteed items and the pepper sauce, lemon juice and zest, parsley, chutney.
Shape into 8-8 oz burger patties, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Season the turkey burgers with the salt and pepper (I would not add full amount myself).
Place on a preheated, lightly oiled grill and grill for 7 minutes each side or until the meat is thoroughly cooked.
To make the side of pear chutney, toss peeled and diced pear with cinnamon and sea salt.
Place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Let cool.
Add pear to chutney and currants/raisins.
Serve alongside turkey burgers.
To make cocktail meatballs, brush or dip into pear chutney and broil quickly to glaze.
Let sit 5 minutes before serving.

Tasty and healthy, just like my body likes it. I used a little over a pound of ground turkey, because 4 lbs. would serve way more than 6 people (1.3 lbs made 6 burgers), but I kept the amount of the other ingredients pretty much the same - increased the scallions slightly, used 2 apples, and made modification by adding some fresh chopped garlic and onion powder. I liked the chutney over the burger, but the rest of my family used barbecue sauce or cheese over the top with some sliced red onion and lettuce. Each way was delicious. Thank you dienia for sharing. Made it for Pick Me tag game.
