"Yea! Ticked another box on my copycat wish list yesterday when I found this recipe while browsing the MSN news. MSN credited bigovendotcom as their source, but you know how that goes -- The actual recipe lineage may well be longer. As w/a prior copycat recipe, the # of servings is variable # & depends more on what you do w/it than what I say, so I entered the entire recipe as a single serving. Enjoy!"

Used this mix in a seafood boil for my grandson who is in university. It tastes a wee bit different than the original but it sure does the trick! Used a salt substitute and celery seed, as I don't use sodium anymore. Will be making this wonderful seasoning again for sure. Thanks TwisSis for sharing! Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.
