Step by Step Method
Step 1
Press eggs through a sieve, or chop finely.
Step 2
Add sour cream, mustard, salt and sugar, and beat well.
Step 3
Slowly mix in beer.
Step 4
Stir in scallions, cucumber and meat.

Chill.
Step 6
Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
