Step by Step Method
Step 1
In oil heat up spices add onion. Add garlic, jalapeno and okra, then water; cook 10 minutes.
Step 2
Add tomato cook 5 more minutes until okra is tender (my tomatoes have tons of water but you may need a little so it doesnt stick).
