Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine all fruits and the marshmallows in a large bowl, gently tossing.
Step 2
Combine sour cream with sugar, tasting and adjusting until it is sweet enough for you. I like it less sweet, especially since the fruit already provides a lot of sweetness.
Step 3
Pour sour cream mixture over the fruit and toss gently to combine well.
Step 4
Chill; if desired, you may sprinkle with shredded coconut as a garnish before serving.
