Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can sliced peaches in juice, drained, cut into chunks
  • 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups seedless green grapes, cut into halves if desired
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 to 1 cup maraschino cherries, drained, cut into halves if desired
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • Shredded coconut, to sprinkle on top (optional garnish)
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine all fruits and the marshmallows in a large bowl, gently tossing.

  • Step 2: Combine sour cream with sugar, tasting and adjusting until it is sweet enough for you. I like it less sweet, especially since the fruit already provides a lot of sweetness.

  • Step 3: Pour sour cream mixture over the fruit and toss gently to combine well.

  • Step 4: Chill; if desired, you may sprinkle with shredded coconut as a garnish before serving.
