Step by Step Method
Step 1
Boil noodles for 20 minutes.
Step 2
In a skillet, brown ground beef, drain grease.
Step 3
Add onions, peppers, salt, pepper, cottage cheese & tomato sauce.
Step 4
Layer pan w/noodles, meat mixture & cheese -- repeat as needed.
Step 5
Bake for 20 minutes @ 350 until cheese is golden brown.
