Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, chives, mustard powder, water and garlic powder.
Step 3
Drizzle the bottom of a baking pan with vegetable oil and place the tilapia in pan.
Step 4
Sprinkle the fillet with salt and rub the mayo and mustard mixture over the tilapia with the back of a spoon.
Step 5
Place in the oven and bake until fish flakes when fork is inserted, about 15 to 17 minutes, depending on thickness of fish.
