Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 tilapia fillet (7-8oz)
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon chopped chives
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon water
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Vegetable oil, enough to coat bottom of baking pan

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Step 2: In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, chives, mustard powder, water and garlic powder.

  • Step 3: Drizzle the bottom of a baking pan with vegetable oil and place the tilapia in pan.

  • Step 4: Sprinkle the fillet with salt and rub the mayo and mustard mixture over the tilapia with the back of a spoon.

  • Step 5: Place in the oven and bake until fish flakes when fork is inserted, about 15 to 17 minutes, depending on thickness of fish.
