Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook and run through sieve the pumpkin, retain 1 cup for recipe.
Step 2
Sift salt and spices with sugar.
Step 3
Melt butter.
Step 4
Add beaten egg with pumpkin and milk and butter.
Step 5
Mix all together.
Step 6
Pour into pie shell.
Step 7
Bake in fairly hot oven (425) 40 minutes.
