"A tajine or tagine is a Berber dish, and its cooking vessel is made of ceramic or unglazed clay with a round base and low sides. It is a traditional dish where spiced meat is slow-cooked with vegetables and spices in a shallow baking dish with a tall, conical lid. Moroccan food is a very healthy cuisine. Step 1
