Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine paste, juice and oil in large bowl and mix well and set aside 1/4 cup to serve.
Step 2
Add beef and seasoning to remaining herb mixture in bowl and toss to coat and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Heat an oiled char-grill plate over a medium to high heat and add beef and cook for about 4 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking and then remove and rest, loosely covered with foil, for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Meanwhile, heat cauliflower rice according to packet directions.
Step 5
Serve beef with cauliflower rice, pumpkin and broccolini and spoon over reserved herb mixture.
