Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 115 grams Italian herb paste
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 (800 grams) beef sirloin steaks (4 x 200 grams)
  • 1 tablespoons Moroccan spice blend
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 500 grams raw rice (2 x 250 grams cauliflower rice packets specified)
  • Steamed butternut pumpkin, to serve
  • Steamed broccolini, to serve

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine paste, juice and oil in large bowl and mix well and set aside 1/4 cup to serve.

  • Step 2: Add beef and seasoning to remaining herb mixture in bowl and toss to coat and season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 3: Heat an oiled char-grill plate over a medium to high heat and add beef and cook for about 4 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking and then remove and rest, loosely covered with foil, for 5 minutes.

  • Step 4: Meanwhile, heat cauliflower rice according to packet directions.

  • Step 5: Serve beef with cauliflower rice, pumpkin and broccolini and spoon over reserved herb mixture.
