Step by Step Method
Step 1
Salt and pepper the round steak.
Step 2
Flour the round steak.
Step 3
Pound flour into steak with a meat mallet on both sides.
Step 4
Cut onion into rings.
Step 5
Cut steaks from round steak.
Step 6
Fry the steaks in oil until brown. Set aside.
Step 7
Fry onions in the same pan.
Step 8
Add the meat back to the pan. Add the canned milk and enough water to make gravy. Simmer until meat is tender.
