  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Canned milk, to taste
  • 1 yellow onion, cut into rings

How to Make

  • Step 1: Salt and pepper the round steak.

  • Step 2: Flour the round steak.

  • Step 3: Pound flour into steak with a meat mallet on both sides.

  • Step 4: Cut onion into rings.

  • Step 5: Cut steaks from round steak.

  • Step 6: Fry the steaks in oil until brown. Set aside.

  • Step 7: Fry onions in the same pan.

  • Step 8: Add the meat back to the pan. Add the canned milk and enough water to make gravy. Simmer until meat is tender.
