Step 1: Salt and pepper the round steak.
Step 2: Flour the round steak.
Step 3: Pound flour into steak with a meat mallet on both sides.
Step 4: Cut onion into rings.
Step 5: Cut steaks from round steak.
Step 6: Fry the steaks in oil until brown. Set aside.
Step 7: Fry onions in the same pan.
Step 8: Add the meat back to the pan. Add the canned milk and enough water to make gravy. Simmer until meat is tender.
