"I grew up on an avocado ranch, and this was our family's guacamole recipe. If you're making it ahead, don't stir in the mayo, spread it on top and cover tightly. Then stir when you're ready to serve, that keeps the avocado green. Funny story, when I was growing up, during "pickin" time, when I closed my eyes at night, I would see avocados hanging everywhere. Now, I'm a CPA and when I close my eyes at night, I see numbers everywhere. I liked the avocados better!"
