Step 1

Cut cauliflower into florets and steam until soft.

Step 2

Combine steamed cauliflower, pumpkin, sweetener, eggs, salt, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves in food processor or blender. Puree until smooth.

Step 3

Spread mashed cauliflower mixture into a butter greased 11x17 casserole dish.

Cut in butter then stir in pecans.

Step 7

Sprinkle pecan mixture over cauliflower mixture.
