"Found @ Taste of Home, this is such a fun non-alcoholic beverage recipe & 1 my grandson will love w/his salsa & tortillas. TOH said "This refreshing strawberry smoothie from our home economists pairs well w/Mexican fare & is a fun addition to any table." I'm thinking potluck, patio party & family occasions w/mixed generations would be perfect for it. While written to be a non-alcoholic frozen smoothie, I think it would also adapt easily to being made by the pitcher (to serve over ice) or even add tequila for those so inclined. Will be fun to experiment w/it. ENJOY!"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Using lime wedges, moisten the rims of 6 glasses. Set limes aside for garnish. Sprinkle 3 tbsp sugar on a plate. Hold each glass upside down, dip rim into the sugar & set aside. Discard any remaining sugar on plate.
Step 2
In a blender, combine the water, limeade concentrate, strawberries, ice cubes & the 1/3 cup sugar. Cover & blend until smooth. Pour into prepared glasses, garnish w/reserved limes & serve immediately.
