"This is a yummy and easy coffeecake. This bakes in a 9x13 pan or one bread pan. This may be doubled and put into two bread pans. I usually double this--one to eat now and one for the freezer."

Such a great coffee cake! Tender, cinnamony and the nuts make it even better. I have already shared the recipe with my daughter and daughter in law. They love it too!

Coffee cake is often times dry, and this came out so moist and delicious that I look forward to having it each and every time I make it for my husband, who is a coffee cake fanatic! This is fast becoming a favorite around here!

This is a really delicious coffeecake and it is so good that you have to have another piece. Oh yeah, it's that good! Nice and moist and I loved the cinnamony nutty streusel. I ground my nuts and used 1 cup. My son who is always picking food apart ate his in about 2 seconds flat and asked for another piece. Oh yeah, it's that good!

Look no further, this is the perfect coffee cake! It's a moist and tasty piece of cinnamon heaven! I followed the recipe except for using pecans in place of walnuts. Thank you for posting your wonderful recipe, Mimi.
