Step by Step Method
Step 1
In large saucepan heat chocolate, coffee, spices, salt, and water over low heat. Stir till chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
Step 2
Heat to boiling and simmer 4 min, stirring constantly.
Step 3
Add milk, cover and heat thoroughly, but do not boil.
Step 4
Just before serving, whisk briskly, until foamy.
Step 5
Pour into cups and top with whipped cream.
