I made them using dried craisins, dried cherries, apricots, dates and walnuts. Amazing cookies! Making another batch to share on my cookie trays!

I am not a dry fruit cake lover but when I saw these cookies they looked too good to pass up so I saved a copy to make for my cookie trays this Christmas for my neighbors. I just got done making my first batch, and had one with a cup of coffee. I just may have to make another batch for my neighbors and keep this one for here! Sooooo good!
