My hubby loves 1000 Island dressing and this sounded like it would have a similar flavor. Added half dill and half sweet pickle relish and didnt add the salt. Made him a big chef salad and added this dressing, he loved it. I will make sure I have a batch made up for him whenever we have salads. Made and reviewed for Linky's Football Pool win - Week #20.

Daily Inspiration

This recipe makes a delicious Russian dressing which will be an important component of some wonderful Rueben sandwiches this week. Made just as directed and will definitely keep this recipe handy.

I LOVE this dressing. It actually reminds me of Thousand Island dressing, which was my favorite when I was little. It makes me happy to have a batch of this in my refrigerator - just waiting for my salads this week. Thank you!
