Step by Step Method
Step 1
Bring the oil to medium-high heat in a skillet; season the chops with salt and pepper and brown both side about 2 to 3 minutes per side, until just slightly caramelized.

Reduce heat and add the remaining ingredients to the pan; simmer until sauce is thickened and sticks to the chops, about 2 to 3 minutes.
