Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2
Toss potatoes with oil salt and pepper.
Step 3
Roast for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Whisk syrup and juice together and pour 1/2 over potatoes.
Step 5
Bake 10 more minutes until potatoes are tender then pour rest of syrup and toss.
