Step 1: Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2: Toss potatoes with oil salt and pepper.
Step 3: Roast for 30 minutes.
Step 4: Whisk syrup and juice together and pour 1/2 over potatoes.
Step 5: Bake 10 more minutes until potatoes are tender then pour rest of syrup and toss.
