"This was my grandmother's meatloaf recipe. I have yet to make it come out with the same texture as when my mom and "Mado" made it, but the flavor is right. Alas, I'll have to settle. Mine always cuts like a hamburger, with crevasses and voids. Theirs was more solid, especially the next day when we made the coveted sandwich with any leftovers."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Beat the eggs, add crumbs, milk, salt, pepper, Worcestershire and onion. Blend well. Add ground beef and blend completely. Place in an oval baking pan lined with parchment paper or grease the pan. Trust me, parchment paper makes clean a snap. Trim away excess paper. Bake at 350' for 90 minutes.
Tips
- We like to add potatoes that have been scrubbed or peeled and sliced lengthwise after cooking the meatloaf for about 50 minutes.
- Also, change it up by topping with ketchup or bottled bar-b-que sauce for the last 30 minutes.
