Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix bouillon in water and stir.
Step 2
In a saucepan, melt the butter .

Stir in the flour until well combined and stir for one minute to make roux, do not let it brown.

Slowly stream the bullion flavored water into the roux constantly whisking to prevent lumps.
Step 5
Once smooth, turn down to a gentle simmer and stir to prevent a skin forming.
Step 6
Stir in your chicken, turmeric, onion and garlic powder.

Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
