Step 1: Mix bouillon in water and stir.
Step 2: In a saucepan, melt the butter .
Step 3: Stir in the flour until well combined and stir for one minute to make roux, do not let it brown.
Step 4: Slowly stream the bullion flavored water into the roux constantly whisking to prevent lumps.
Step 5: Once smooth, turn down to a gentle simmer and stir to prevent a skin forming.
Step 6: Stir in your chicken, turmeric, onion and garlic powder.
Step 7: Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
