Step by Step Method
Step 1
Brown the ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Drain the beef and place in a large saucepan over medium heat.
Step 3
Add the celery, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, tomato sauce, (use water to rinse out cans) water, bouillon cube, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Cook for 20 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
