The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 celery stalks, sliced
  • 3 carrots, diced
  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled,diced
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 can (14½ ounces) stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can (10 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon beef bouillon ,(1 cube)
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Brown the ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Step 2: Drain the beef and place in a large saucepan over medium heat.

  • Step 3: Add the celery, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, tomato sauce, (use water to rinse out cans) water, bouillon cube, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste.

  • Step 4: Cook for 20 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
