"These only take minutes to make and don't break the pocketbook! Not to mention how delicious they are! You could add in a piece of Provolone or Pepper Jack cheese if you like. I have also been known to add chopped green onion to the cream cheese along with black or green olives. Deeeeeeelicious no matter how you make them!"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Spread 1-1 1/2 teaspoons softened cream cheese onto each slice of salami.
Step 2
Top with 1-2 slices of Pepperoncini pepper.
Step 3
Roll the salami around the cheese and peppers, then secure with a toothpick.
Step 4
Repeat, until all are completed.
Step 5
Let chill for 30 minutes, before serving.
