Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese (softened, I use 1/3 less fat)
  • 6 ounces salami (hard salami, thinly sliced, 18 slices)
  • 8 ounces Pepperoncini peppers (drained, you can slice these into strips or use whole, just remove stem, 18 peppers)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Spread 1-1 1/2 teaspoons softened cream cheese onto each slice of salami.

  • Step 2: Top with 1-2 slices of Pepperoncini pepper.

  • Step 3: Roll the salami around the cheese and peppers, then secure with a toothpick.

  • Step 4: Repeat, until all are completed.

  • Step 5: Let chill for 30 minutes, before serving.
