Step 1: Spread 1-1 1/2 teaspoons softened cream cheese onto each slice of salami.
Step 2: Top with 1-2 slices of Pepperoncini pepper.
Step 3: Roll the salami around the cheese and peppers, then secure with a toothpick.
Step 4: Repeat, until all are completed.
Step 5: Let chill for 30 minutes, before serving.
