Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix the warm water with the yeast and sugar then allow to proof

Add oil flour salt; mix

Cover let rise until double

Take out and knead. Cover and allow to rise until double

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Turn the dough out onto a clean work surface and divide into 16 equal pieces. Roll each piece out into an 8 inch rope and roll each piece like a snail shell
Step 7
Brush each knot with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 8
Let rise covered on cookie sheet
Step 9
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
