Step 1: Mix the warm water with the yeast and sugar then allow to proof
Step 2: Add oil flour salt; mix
Step 3: Cover let rise until double
Step 4: Take out and knead. Cover and allow to rise until double
Step 5: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Step 6: Turn the dough out onto a clean work surface and divide into 16 equal pieces. Roll each piece out into an 8 inch rope and roll each piece like a snail shell
Step 7: Brush each knot with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 8: Let rise covered on cookie sheet
Step 9: Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
