Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Step 2

Spray 9x13 casserole dish with pam

Step 3

Mix all ingredients except tomato sauce, thoroughly, shape into a loaf.

Step 4

  Mix tomato sauce with 1 can water, spread evenly over top.

Step 5

(They basted meatloaf back then)

Step 6

Bake 1 hour, 350 degrees F oven.

Step 7

Let rest 10 minutes covered in foil tent(they did that too)
