Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Butter and flour 2 8" cake pans.
Heavily spray Pam
In a bowl
Cream the egg yolks with the sugar until fluffy.
Add the filberts, panko, and rum.
Whip the egg whites into stiff peaks and gently fold them into the yolk/sugar mixture.
Divide batter between the two cake pans
Bake in a pre-heated 350º oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven
Let cool 5 minutes on a cake rack
Then invert onto the rack and let cool completely.
Once cakes are completely cool
Put one cake on the serving plate.
Spread the Nutella around the perimeter making a 1" ring.
Then spread a thinnish layer of jelly in the center. Top with the second cake.
Spread more jelly all over the top of the second cake.
Frost with the whipped cream.
