Step by Step Method
Step 1
Add water and lemon grass to a medium saucepan.
Step 2
Bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute.

Remove from heat and cover.

Let steep for 5 minutes.

Strain the mixture to remove lemongrass.
Step 6
Stir in the sugar.
Step 7
Let mixture cool completely.
Step 8
Add steep lemongrass mixture and lemon juice to a large pitcher.
Step 9
Stir to combine.
Step 10
Add ice and lemon slices.
Step 11
Sweeten with more sugar if desired.
