Step by Step Method
FOR THE FIRST LAYER
Step 1
Mix flour, butter and brown sugar. Press into a 13x9x2 pan.
Step 2
Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
FOR THE SECOND LAYER
Step 3
Mix eggs, brown sugar, salt, walnuts, coconut, lemon juice and lemon zest.
Step 4
Pour over 1st layer.
Step 5
Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 6
Do not cut into bars until cool.
