Step by Step Method
Step 1
Add broccoli florets, lemon zest, minced garlic, olive oil, and 1 tablespoon water to a microwave-safe bowl. Stir to coat completely.
Step 2
Cover bowl and microwave on high for 4-5 minutes. Check for tenderness.
Step 3
Cook 1 more minute if needed.
Step 4
Sprinkle lemon juice over broccoli and toss to coat. Season with salt & pepper.
Step 5
Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese to serve.
