Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine eggs, lemon and sugar; cook stirring in a double boiler until thick. Allow to cool. Whip 1 cup cream until stiff. Fold into the lemon mixture.
Step 2
Cover a shallow square 8 inch glass pan with graham cracker crumbs. Spread the lemon custard mixture on top.
Step 3
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Cut into squares.
