Step 1

Toss the asparagus with lemon slices, oil, oregano, salt and pepper on a large rimmed baking sheet.

I love asparagus with lemon. I prepared mine a bit differently but otherwise followed the recipe - I placed prepared the asparagus on a baking tray, springled on the oregano, then layered the lemon slices. Baked in 400f oven for 10 minutes. Served with the lemon slices on the asparagus. 16 May 2014 Made again enjoyed just as much
