"This was from kuglers restaurant Philadelphia Pennsylvania in the 1960s I think you could get a can of menudo and use some of the tripe diced fine.may need more spice this was the 60s lol"

Saute diced vegetables except potatoes in butter

Bring to a boil then simmer for 20 minutes until potatoes are tender
