Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix the egg cabbage, carrots, onions,and bacon together

Step 2

Pour into heated pan with oil already hot

Step 3

Season to taste

Step 4

Cook on both sides until done on low so that fillings get cooked,can cover pan ,if limp bacon bothers you cook before adding

Step 5

Butter both pieces of toast on one side

Step 6

Grill until toasted

Step 7

To assemble: Put egg on one piece of the grilled toast. Put on slice of ham that you have grilled with cheese on top

Step 8

On egg side squirt on ketchup and mayo ,they have them in squeeze bottles that makes thin line . Add pickles

Step 9

Put sides together and cut on diagonal

What an excellent breakfast - or brunch in my case! Tweaked a bit to make it WW friendly - no butter, 35 calorie bread, bacon bits instead of real bacon, low-fat cheese - sounds like a lot, but really the changes were minor and brought the points down from 24 to 4 points! Loved the sliced pickle. DH and I both added some hot sauce for a little kick. CQ2019
