Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cut the beef in thin slices.
Step 2
Mix all marinade ingredients together, add also the sesame seeds, and to this add the beef.
Step 3
Leave to marinate at least 30 minutes, overnight is preferred.
Step 4
Thread the meat onto skewers, grill or barbecue a few minutes on each side, using the remaining marinade for basting.
