"Some folks used 1/4 cup mustard. I myself would do a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce cause I'm sensitive to it . They had hot Italian sausage but you can do mild. It is greasier with Italian sausage."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix together meatloaf ingredients, don't mix too long.
Step 2
Shape into 2 small loaves or 1 big one.
Step 3
Mix together the ketchup, mustard and brown sugar, pour on top of meatloaf.
Step 4
Bake at 350F for 1 hour and 15 minutes until done.
